Serving in the Administration Ministry provides many opportunities to utilize office skills and interpersonal abilities within the church.
Bulletin Board Coordinator – Collects notices from church people to display.
Guests Relations Check in – Run a Check-in Kiosk for Fellowship One at various church events.
Guest Reception Greeter – Greets first-time guest and have them sign guest book.
Offering Counter – Requires removing offering boxes, documenting cash offerings, stamping checks, and depositing into safe: This is done on Sundays and Mondays.
Office Volunteers – Answer phones, make calls, file make copies and help with general office duties.
Receptionist – Greet and direct visitors, answer incoming calls, open and distribute mail.
