Hospitality Ministry
We are looking for individuals who would like to serve in our Guest Solutions ministry. Guest Solutions is a vital part of the weekend service experience for guests and our congregation. If you are interested in serving, please contact Carol Postma at carol.p.wol@gmail.com.
Serving in the Hospitality Ministry offers interaction with the congregation and the chance to coordinate the first experience guests have at Water of Life.
Communion Preparer – Includes setting up communion and clean up at the conclusion.
Greeter – Greets people as they arrive, provides them with a Bulletin, and regulates traffic flow in and out of the sanctuary.
Guest Reception Assistant Coordinator – Help oversee the guest receptions held between services for first time guests.
Guest Reception Greeter – Greets first-time guest and have them sign guest book.
Director Assistant Coordinator – Assist coordinator with meetings and training leaders.
Host/Hostess – Welcomes all that enter the church facility for weekend services.
Host/Hostess Assistant Coordinator – Help make reminder calls, schedule hosts and hostesses, and answer questions.
Parking Lot Attendant – Directs flow of traffic, assisting visitors and disabled people to appropriate parking areas.
Parking Lot Assistant Coordinator – Assist coordinator to develop teams and contacts them regularly.
Usher/Greeter Team Leader – Oversees usher and greeter operations during one service.
