The New Leader Training #2 classes take small group leaders into a deeper understanding and greater knowledge of what it means to serve God and others as a small group leader. These classes teach how to resolve conflicts that can arise in small groups, how to connect to different personality types, and how to be led by the Holy Spirit to minister to those who are hurting while in a small group setting.
