9th Annual CAP Resource Fair

The fair will offer residents free available resources provided by community organizations. This event is designed to raise awareness about resources for individuals and families in the community.
The Resource Fair is also a place where agencies and organizations throughout San Bernardino County come together to network and provide information regarding their programs to the public.
Representatives from over 100 local community assistance organizations will be present to provide free resources, referrals and information

Anger Management

Beginning English Skills

Come and join us in learning English in a fun and supportive setting. This class covers the basics of the English language. We will learn English vocabulary, reading and writing, along with conversational and job communication skills. This class is for English and Non-English speakers. Instructor: Robert Kirby M. Ed
Communication Skills Workshop
Every Thurs. from 3/8 - 4/12 at 6:00p - 8:00p at the Senior Center
This workshop can strengthen marriages, families, and communities. Imagine the possibilities if you could have in your possession a treasure chest of tools that allow you to create, nurture, restore and rekindle relationships in our lives. This class covers such topics as levels of learning, stages of relationships, three hopes / three fears, stress styles of communication and caring behavior just to name a few.

Come and join us in learning basic computer skills. This six-week program will teach you the basic skills to operate a computer along with the components of Word, Power Point, Publisher and Excel. Attend the free nutrition workshops to families through the EFNEP nutrition program. Come learn how to make healthy and tasty recipes, meal planning, food buying savings, and fun physical activities. Instructor: EFNEP Program Manager/UC Cooperative Extension
